My House Husband: Ikaw Na! is about a married couple who has a non-traditional set up. After losing his job, Rod (Ryan Agoncillo) had nothing else to do but take care of the kids and man the house while his wife, Mia (Judy Ann Santos), looks after putting food on the table. With Mia always away, Rod met their new neighbor named Aida (Eugene Domingo), and the two developed their friendship.

Along the way, situations arise that test the arrangement and their relationship. As Rod and Aida's friendship intensifies, Mia felt all the more suspicious about their neighbor's intentions. As Mia's career is improving, Rod realized that there is a reversal of roles between the two of them.

How will they manage their married life if their commitments are put to the test?
